September brought exciting new capabilities to the parcelLab platform, headlined by the Campaign Manager launch and iOS integration for the Returns Portal. Here is a roundup of the latest product innovations.

Campaign Manager

Campaign Manager is a new offering within parcelLab's Engage suite -- an intuitive, self-service content tool that empowers non-technical users to easily set up, run, and measure the impact of post-purchase marketing campaigns.

The tool enables retailers to establish audience segments with statistical visibility for more targeted post-purchase communications designed to drive brand loyalty, engagement, and revenue.

Use Case Example

Jose, an eCommerce Operations Manager, faced challenges with orders exceeding EUR150 that were being held in Turkish customs. Using Campaign Manager, Jose targeted affected customers with text banners in emails and on tracking pages, directing them to a support resource with customs declaration details -- resolving numerous support inquiries and auto-returns.

New Returns Portal Features

Building on the Retain product suite launch, parcelLab added iOS integration to its Returns Portal. Customers can now manage return QR codes through Apple Wallet, enabling iPhone users to easily access personalized return information.

Additional Product Improvements

parcelLab Portal

Enhanced user experience for editing and previewing message template changes. The Configurations module now allows automatic preview of changes to message-specific placeholders in the Email Editor. Campaign Manager enables editing multiple campaigns or audiences in filtered lists without re-adding filters.

Order Status Page

Now displays zip code authentication forms for parcels marked as "Delivered," allowing end-customers to access protected information post-delivery.

Returns

Retailers can configure probability percentages for the minimum/maximum return value feature, determining when label generation is prevented and specifying alternative actions like item retention or customer service contact.
