Customer Service Portal
The customer service portal was updated with a new option to mark tracking records as claimed, saving a timestamp and claims reason for later export to simplify claims processing.
Campaign Manager
Campaign Manager users can now define specific email messages where campaign banners are displayed, providing enhanced personalization when setting up email campaigns. If users select specific message types, the campaign builder displays banners only in those designated messages.
Returns Portal
Google Wallet Integration
Android users can now easily manage return QR codes from the returns portal in their Google Wallet, enabling customers to store and manage QR codes natively. This complements the Apple Wallet QR code feature added in September.
Global Returns Portal Selection
Retailers with multiple Returns Portals catering to different languages can now configure a global login page for a smoother experience, simplifying the implementation of displaying multiple portals on websites.
Additional November Improvements
- New parcelLab portal includes a help center link, direct ticket submission capability, and a cookie banner on the login page
- Retailers can now set return fees per carrier that are automatically deducted in Shopify once a return is created
- Gift card options as alternatives to refunds for Shopify users
- Distance display to next Happy Returns drop-off location
- Parcel locker codes on returns confirmation pages
